How to get full text through ProQuest databases
Answer
Several ProQuest databases provide abstracting and indexing only and do not include full-text articles, except for open-access content or items for which full text is available in another ProQuest database. As a result, users may see fewer immediately available full-text options. To help locate articles, multiple links are provided that guide users to legitimate full text. These links appear at the bottom of a brief record and in the top-right corner of the full record view.
Available linking options include:
Link to article = Opens the library’s link resolver, which connects users to full text available through other library‑licensed sources or enables article requests via interlibrary loan or Article Galaxy Scholar when the library does not hold the content.
Get full text = Retrieves external open access through the Unpaywall service.
Full text-PDF = Open‑access publications or full‑text content available through another ProQuest database.
